Your warehouse, on a map that shows where everything is.

Draw the warehouse with its zones and slots. Every pallet shows up in its place, colored by how many days it has been waiting, and the operator’s phone says where the next one goes.

From “ask whoever left it” to the map

The finished goods are right there in plain sight. What’s missing is knowing what’s there, where, and since when.

  • Today

    Pallets nobody can find

Finished goods get stacked wherever there’s room. Finding the pallet for an order means walking the warehouse or asking whoever left it.

    With Reloda

Look up the order and the map marks the slot. No walking the aisles.

  • Today

Stock that ages without anyone noticing

A pallet forgotten at the back takes up space for weeks. Nobody sees it until you run out of room.

    With Reloda

Each pallet changes color after 10, 20 and 30 days. What’s stuck stands out at a glance.

  • Today

    Pallets in the wrong place

A misplaced pallet is an order that doesn’t turn up on loading day, and someone looking for it with the truck waiting.

    With Reloda

The operator flags it as misplaced with one button and the alert reaches the office.

What it does in your warehouse

A floor plan that fits yours

You draw your warehouse’s zones and slots in an editor. If you reorganize, you change the plan.

Color by days

Under 10 days, 10 to 20, 20 to 30, over 30. Each zone is shaded by what it holds.

A scanner on your phone

The operator scans the label and the app recommends a slot based on your putaway rules.

Misplaced pallet alert

One button in the scanner. The alert stays on the alerts screen until it’s resolved.

Stuck pallets

Pallets that pass 30 days in the warehouse are counted and flagged, so they can be moved out.

Your warehouse in 3D, on foot

Your warehouses in 3D: every pallet in its slot, at real size, and the machines at work. When someone moves a pallet, you see the forklift carry it. And you can walk through it.

A pallet, from the line to the truck

What happens to every pallet, with no paperwork in between.

  1. It comes out of production

The order is confirmed and its pallets are recorded, with their customer and route.

  2. It’s scanned and put away

The operator scans the label, the app gives the slot and the pallet appears on the map.

  3. It waits in plain sight

The map shows how long each pallet has been there. If something gets stuck, you see it and get an alert.

  4. It leaves on its truck

When the shipment is prepared, the loading order says which pallets go and in what order they’re loaded.

Frequently asked questions

About the warehouse

Don’t see your question? Ask us directly.

Do I need barcode readers?
No. The scanner works with any phone’s camera, from the browser.
Can I start with the pallets I already have?
Yes. You upload the Excel file your management system exports, choose which column is which and see a preview before importing. During setup we do it with you and draw the warehouse floor plan.
Can I see the warehouse in 3D?
Yes, on a computer. Besides the map, a 3D tab builds your warehouses from the same floor plan: walls, doors, painted aisles, docks, every euro pallet in its slot, facing the right way and in the color of its days, and the factory machines (cutting table, edger, furnace…) at work. It’s live: pallets that move, come in or go out are carried by forklift before your eyes. And with “Walk through” you explore it in first person with mouse and keyboard, and open the record of the pallet you’re looking at.
What if I change the warehouse layout?
You change the floor plan in the app’s own editor: zones, slots and putaway rules.
