Every piece of every order, step by step.

You set up your steps and your machines, and each station marks what it does on its tablet. You know where every piece is, where work is piling up and which orders won’t make it on time.

What an order looks like inside

Every step with what’s waiting for it. Broken pieces go back to their step, the furnace works in batches and the order isn’t done until the last piece.

From “how’s my order doing?” to knowing without asking

On the factory floor, similar work gets done together: all the 6 mm, all the tempered. That’s why one order ends up spread across half the plant.

  • Today

    Orders scattered across the factory

The pieces of one order go through different machines at different speeds. Finding out what’s left means walking from station to station.

    With Reloda

Every order with its pieces, step by step, and what’s still missing in each.

  • Today

    Orders that ship incomplete

What’s ready gets packed, a piece is missing and the customer finds out, so there’s a second trip.

    With Reloda

Nothing ships until all its pieces are done. If it has to go early, the supervisor forces it and the reason is logged.

  • Today

    Bottlenecks spotted too late

A machine builds up a backlog for days, and you notice when orders are already running late.

    With Reloda

The dashboard points out the bottleneck and works out when each order will be done, at the real pace of your machines. If one won’t make it, it shows up in Alerts.

What it does in your factory

Your steps, stations and routes

You define every step, every machine and the path each piece takes depending on what it needs. Nothing is fixed in advance.

A tablet at every station

What’s waiting, most urgent first. Done, partial or broken with one tap, and ten minutes to undo.

Every rack in its slot

When a step is finished, the tablet says where to leave each rack or cart: the first free slot next to the next machine. The warehouse map shows where it is and, at loading time, the truck says which slot to pick it up from.

Batches

Group work from several orders by thickness, by date or however you choose. If it doesn’t fit the machine, it splits on its own.

With or without labels

Track by quantity, or with a QR label on each piece that gets scanned when it’s done. You can switch whenever you like.

Assemblies

An insulating unit or a laminate is made of its own pieces. Only what has all its components finished gets assembled.

Everything is on record

Who marked what, when and at which station. Breakage with its reason, and the daily report as a PDF to print.

A day in the factory

  1. The order is released

Each line follows its route and shows up in the queue of its first station. If a detail is missing, it’s asked for at the step that needs it.

  2. Work is grouped

The supervisor groups into batches what gets done in one go and prints a sheet for the machine.

  3. Each station marks its part

Done, partial or broken, from the tablet or a phone. Whatever is done moves on its own to the next step’s queue.

  4. It ships complete

With the last piece, the order confirms itself and gets its route, its day and its truck, without going through the office. From there it moves on to the warehouse and delivery.

Frequently asked questions

About production tracking

Don’t see your question? Ask us directly.

Do I have to change the way we work?
No. You say which steps there are, which machines do them, how much fits in each batch and how you group the work. Reloda adapts to that.
Do I need to label every piece?
No. You can track by quantity, without labels, or with a QR label on each piece. You choose in the settings and can change it later without losing what’s been marked.
What about an order that comes in without a breakdown?
It’s released anyway. When it reaches a step that needs the measurements or the thickness, the station fills them in right there.
Is it included in Reloda?
It’s a separate module, Manufacturing. If you don’t sign up for it, it doesn’t show up and everything else works as usual.
