Built in a glass factory, for glass factories.

Reloda was born on the floor of a glass factory, with its racks, its routes by zone and its breakage. That’s why it knows your trade: panes, thicknesses, racks and remakes.

What only happens with glass

  • Today

Splitting panes across racks by eye

How many panes fit on each rack is decided by whoever loads, adding up weights in their head.

    With Reloda

You enter the order’s panes and Reloda splits them across racks by size, thickness and weight.

  • Today

    Racks scattered across the region

Every delivery leaves racks at a job site or the customer’s shop, and nobody knows how many are still out.

    With Reloda

Every rack with its QR code and its history, and an alert when it’s been out too long.

  • Today

    Breakage handled over the phone

A pane breaks and the remake depends on someone remembering to ask production for it.

    With Reloda

Breakage is reported from a phone and the remake is decided: hold the order or ship it without that piece.

Designed for glass

Orders with their panes

Height, width, thickness and quantity for each line. The weight is calculated automatically.

Racks from order entry

When the order is entered, its panes are split across racks by size and weight, and the racks are reserved: the glass travels on them through the factory and ships on them.

Every rack in its slot

Between steps, the station’s tablet says where to leave it: the first free slot next to the next machine. At loading time, each one says which slot to pick it up from, and a phone scans it onto the truck.

Capacity set by you

You set the weight and size each type of rack in your fleet can take.

Racks with QR codes

Every rack identified with the camera, with its customer history.

Breakage and remakes

Reporting a broken pane creates the remake in production and lets you decide what happens to the order.

Rack inspection

Racks that come back get inspected: back in service, to repair or retired.

Fewer half-empty racks

You see how full each one is and Reloda suggests combining the half-empty ones. One button, and a rack is freed up.

A glass order, start to finish

  1. The panes are entered

The order has its lines with measurements and thickness, and Reloda works out the weight.

  2. It already has racks and a truck

From the moment it comes in: its racks reserved, plus the day, route and truck it will ship on, recalculated as the factory moves along.

  3. It ships on its route

When the factory is done, it confirms itself with its truck. It’s loaded slot by slot, with its paperwork and the racks noted on the list.

  4. The racks come back

The driver picks them up empty, and at the plant they’re inspected before going out again.

Frequently asked questions

About glass

Don’t see your question? Ask us directly.

Is it only for glass factories?
No. The warehouse, routes, delivery and returnables work the same with any product. The glass part (panes, racks, breakage) is what it adds for this industry.
How does it calculate the weight of the panes?
From the measurements and thickness of each line, at 2.5 kg per square meter per millimeter of thickness.
What happens to the order when a pane breaks?
You decide: hold the order until the remake is ready, ship it without that piece and send the remake separately, or not remake it.
