The driver’s route, in their pocket.

Stops in order, an address that opens in the map, the recipient’s signature and a photo of the drop. And if there’s no signal at the industrial park, the delivery is saved and sends itself when the signal comes back.

Proof of delivery, without paper

  • Today

Signed delivery notes that get lost

The signed paper comes back crumpled, late or not at all. And when the customer complains, someone has to dig it up.

    With Reloda

The signature and photo are saved with the order, one click away from the office.

  • Today

    No signal, no record

There’s no signal at the industrial park and the delivery gets written down “later.” Sometimes later never comes.

    With Reloda

The driver keeps delivering without signal. Everything is saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects.

  • Today

    Incidents reported by phone call

A customer closed, a broken piece: the incident comes in through a call and ends up in a notebook.

    With Reloda

The driver logs it at the stop and the office decides: reschedule the delivery or mark it as delivered.

What the driver has on their phone

Stops in order

Their route for the day, stop by stop, with what to unload at each one.

Address to map

One tap on the address opens it in the phone’s map. If the delivery has a time window, they see it on the stop: “8:00 to 11:00.”

Recipient’s signature

Signed with a finger on the screen, with the recipient’s name and the time.

Photo of the drop

A photo of how the goods were left, saved with the signature as proof of delivery.

Empties pickup

Empty returnables are picked up on the same delivery screen.

Works without signal

Deliveries made with no coverage wait on the phone and send themselves.

One stop, four taps

  1. Arrive at the stop

Open the next stop on the route; the address leads to the map if needed.

  2. Unload

See what to leave with that customer. If something goes wrong, log the incident.

  3. Signature and photo

The recipient signs on the screen and the driver takes a photo of the drop.

  4. Pick up the empties

Log the empty returnables going back to the plant, and head on.
